Cancellation Policy
Booking Policy Appointments: Please book at least 24 hours in advance to secure your spot. Payments: Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your session. Cancellations: Cancel 24 hours or more in advance for a full refund or to reschedule. Late Cancellations / No Shows: Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice or missed appointments are non-refundable. Rescheduling: You may reschedule once at no extra cost if done 24 hours in advance. Arrival: Arrive on time (or log in for virtual sessions). Sessions will end at the scheduled time.
