YOGA & MINDFUL MOVEMENT

Known as the YOGA Bae for my loving nature and yoga skills, I began my yoga journey in 2018. At first, I didn’t have friends who shared my interest, but over time, my practice became a lifeline—helping me navigate grief, loss, and reconnect with myself.

I am a Yoga Alliance-certified 200-hour yoga teacher gained through The Well Collective and a Mindful Movement Community Teacher. Now, I guide others to cultivate balance, healing, and self-love through movement and mindfulness.

Yoga has been my path back to myself, and as the YOGA Bae, I offer a space for others to reconnect with their bodies, honor their journeys, and cultivate inner peace—with love, care, and community.
